Shri Madhusudan Reddy is a dedicated social worker, public servant, and sports enthusiast committed to transforming lives. Inspired by Daaji and legendary sports icon Shri Pullela Gopichand, he blends inner transformation with excellence in action. Holding a gold-medal M.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Communication (Journalism), he has always prioritized knowledge and service.

He is a dedicated sports mentor and experienced administrator with a strong background in public service. He worked in the Chief Minister’s Office for six years, gaining valuable skills in administration and leadership. Now, as the Director of Heartfulness International Sports Academy (HISA), he focuses on youth development through sports. He promotes values like discipline, heartfulness, and excellence, with a vision to build world-class sports facilities and support future champions. His dedication extends to mentoring young players, organizing training camps, and promoting badminton for fitness and discipline. 

As the Director of a leading sports academy, he fosters young talent by integrating mindfulness, discipline, and structured training, ensuring athletes excel both physically and mentally. His holistic approach, inspired by Daaji’s teachings, emphasizes resilience, focus, and well-being.
